yes it does
I am using Antivirus Free on my Motorla Xoom (Honeycomb) and it seems to work fine. However, it displays in portrait mode while the Xoom defaults to landscape mode. Any chance you will support screen rotation? It is not a huge deal but I work with the Xoom in a stand a lot (making it hard to see anything in portrait/side-to-side mode).
